The villa is a renovated 19th century farmhouse, with large outdoor spaces, located in the countryside of Vico del Gargano, a few minutes from the sea. The villa is on two levels and a mezzanine.

On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
From the living room you go up to the mezzanine, which also has an independent entrance from a side terrace. In the mezzanine there is a small living room with sofas and a double bed. On one side there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and on the other side there is a bathroom with shower.
The first floor, with independent entrance, is composed of a living room, kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Panoramic covered terrace.

Accessories: 2 kitchens equipped with fridge and hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV, books, children's games, fireplace and stove, portable fans, central heating, WiFi.

Outdoors: All around the house there are relaxation spaces equipped with outdoor furniture, 2 barbecues and ovens, a fenced children's play area where animals can also be accommodated. Parking area inside the property. Large green spaces surround the villa.
