Apartments - Fenced complex - 50 mq - 1 Level (First floor) - Small pets allowed on request.

Mandatory extra charges:
- Final cleaning = 110 euro. Kitchen corner by guests or pay 26 euro more. For each pet 200 euros more.
- Expenses:  (insurance, condo expenses, electricity, gas and water) = 16 euros per day per person (children upto 6 years old 10 euros per person).
- Bed linen and bath towels (weekly change mandatory, to be collected and returned at the cloakroom) = 30 euros per person per change (children upto 6 years old 15 euros per person per change).
- Reservation fees = 50 euros.

Tourist tax (from 14 to 69 years old):
- July and August: 2.50 euros per person per night;
- May, June, September and October: 1.50 euros per person per night;
- Other months: 0.50 euros per person per night.

Services on request:
- Ready enter house = 15 euros per person (children upto 6 years old, 10 euro).
- Pets (admitted only small pets, subject to authorisation) = 200 euros per each pet.

Security deposit = 250 euro. If there are animals there is a further 200 euros deposit is required.

Notes:
- Minimum stay one week.
- from 16th of June to 15 of September arrival and departure days should be on saturdays, sundays or tuesdays.
- The structure adheres to international information program about the customers.
- Check-in between 16:00/20:00. Check-out within 10:00. Arrivals after hours: 50 euro.
- For operations by credit card or bancomat there is an additional transaction fee.

Discounts:
- For 1 or 2 persons there is a discounted price.
